Periodic maintenance was completed on the Zeiss Supra SEM. There is a broken spring on the stage and there is still an issue with the column which requires a lot of adjustment for astigmatism. Zeiss will return to work on it after the stage spring arrives. Some errors may be observed during stage motion or initialization until then.
The Zeiss Ultra vacuum pump did not arrive before the engineer left, so it will probably be installed during the week starting May 10.
