Staff Holiday, Thursday and Friday, 11/26 - 11/27
Staff will be out and CNF offices will be closed Thursday and Friday, 11/26 & 11/27 for the Thanksgiving holiday. The labs will be open, but buddy rules will be in effect all day on Thursday and Friday due to the staff holiday. Contact Dan Woodie if you have any questions concerning this.

The January 2010 CNF TCN
Information on the January 2010 CNF Short Course: Technology & Characterization at the Nanoscale (CNF TCN) is now online. The course will run Tuesday-Friday, January 12-15, 2010. The CNF TCN class size is limited to 30 participants so do register early!

JEOL Scheduling Restrictions
Starting next Tuesday November 3 2009 at noon, users can only have 12hrs of advanced reservations. If you already have 12hrs or more booked this week, you will not be able to schedule time until you've up some of the time this week. This limitation will most likely be alleviated when the new JEOL 6300 is available for general use in February 2010.
Note: This restriction is in addition to 3hr limitations from 8am-8pm Monday through Friday.

Photolith Training Sessions Week of November 23rd
This week's General Photolithography training session will meet in the resist spinner room Tuesday, November 24th, at 1:30 PM. This week's Pattern Generator training session will meet at the tool Wednesday, November 25th, at 2:00 PM (See other notice.) No pre-registration is necessary.
