CleanRoom Occupancy Not Working
The Cleanroom Occupancy for users and staff is currently not working. We have opened a support case with the vendor.

JEOL 9500 PM and Emitter Replacement Sept. 6-9
JEOL will be performing periodic maintenance and replacement of the electron emitter Sept. 6 - 9, 2016. Until then, please discuss with the staff how to move your job to the JEOL 6300 if you do not want to deal with the slow changing of beam current on the 9500.

Photolithograhy Training Sessions for the Week of August 22nd
General Photolithography training will not be held this week. If you have immediate needs please contact the staff.

Heidelberg Mask Writer, ABM and Suss Mask aligner training will be scheduled as needed.

New 10mm Leveling Function for AS200
New CHUCK selections are available: 10, 10100, and 10150. These allow 10mm piece leveling on 3", 100mm, and 150mm chucks. Please let us know if you have any problems with them.

IV Probe Station off Line 8/15
The IV probe station will go off line on Monday 8/15 to prepare for the installation of a new Everbeing probe station on Wed 8/17. If you have any immediate needs for electrical testing during that period, please contact CNF staff.

CNF Annual Meeting Sept 15! Registration Now Open!

The CNF Annual Meeting is an excellent opportunity for the scientific community to learn about the exciting research carried out by CNF users over the past year. There are approximately sixteen user presentations, plus our plenary speaker, Prof. Mark Eriksson. We follow up the presentations with a Poster Session and Corporate Soiree, where users present posters on their work at the CNF, while sponsoring companies have display space in order to meet participants and discuss employment opportunities. Please register online by Tuesday, September 6th.
