Notification
Zeiss has not yet found the source of noise in the variable pressure system and will return to work on it again. Reasonable images can be produced by using high beam voltage (20 kV), line scanning and frame averaging of a large number of frames, such as 9 or 10. If you need to use a lower voltage, use a larger aperture such as 60 um or 120 um to increase the beam current and get more signal from interaction of the electron beam with the gas to produce secondary electrons.
