LEdit v15 and v16 Discontinued Nov 30

As of Mon, Nov 30, our licensing for the old LEdit v15 on Windows and LEdit v16 on Minx will discontinue. The new LEdit v2020 is already available on Korat and on the Virtual CAD Rm service. As Cleanroom windows computers reboot, the new LEdit will also be available on Cleanroom windows computers. After the OS is upgraded starting Dec 1, the new LEdit will also be available on Minx.
