Image of Microwave Large-Signal Probe Station and Electronics

A Cascade Summit 11K probe station with 8-inch chuck is available for RF large-signal probing. The tool includes two RF probes, two tuners for input/output impedances, a microscope, and a digital camera. The tool is capable of large-signal RF measurement up to 18 GHz and 20 dBm power. The measurement is controlled by the Maury ATS software on a dedicated PC.
