ZEP 520A e beam resist has arrived

A new 100 ml bottle of ZEP 520A is in the e beam resist cabinet. Please do not pour your own small bottle. Dispense directly from the 100 ml Zeon bottle. We can't afford to do otherwise, since it is very expensive and has a long lead time when we order it.
